My life just exploded, & I have no idea what to do

So I guess when my dad turned off my firewall to install a wireless printer, a virus or something happened to ruin my computer somehow or someway. I couldn't turn on my computer because it was messed up, and just continued to turn on and off, so I had to put this cd in my computer that fixed the problem, but deleted ALLL of my data files: songs/music, videos, and the worst that could possibly ever happen, my photos. I have NOTHING. I feel like throwing up and just wishing that never happened. I have no idea what to do now..
